The World Health Organization states that when emlpoyed skilfully and approrpiately, chiropractic care is safe adn effective for the prevention and management of a number of health problems. 46 The Internatioanl Chiropractic Association (ICA) suggests that chirporactic is one fo the safest health proefssions and chiropractors have some of the lowest malparctice insurance premiums in the health care industry.
